Load In/Load Out Information:
- Load in Time is 9:45 am to 11 am, with first golfers arriving at your hole at 12:00 pm. anticipate 136 golfers, from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
- Load out after last group has cleared your booth, around 5:30 pm
